This is Hayden everyone, in case you didn't noticed.
This is the first outfit in which she appears on the anime.
When she meets with the gang (y'know, Natsu, Gray, Erza and Lucy (she didn't know Lucy though))

And I know it's weird for her -a mage- to wear such high heels; because she has to run and such.
Here's a quick explanation:
Hayden is both short and a die-hard fashion fan. So she ALWAYS wears high heels to increase her height and look good. She often goes for high heel boots and ankle booties.
