Don't think so.
I will not tell you who she is until I am done her (I am making this into an open collab)

She's not a new Oc. She's an old one who got a makeover.
Her old look wasn't that good. The clothes are kinda the same though.

Little hint: she has a fandom. Not an oc from a story of mine (like Alyssia)

(Silly thing) If you can guess who she is and what fandom she belongs to before I post the finished version you MAY earn something! (only one try per person. )
